Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders.

Each email address and phone number can be associated with one account only.

No, the price listed on the PC is all you pay. No additional sales tax, and no other hidden charges.

App is not responsible for merchant verification. It is customer’s responsibility to check merchant authenticity before placing an order may be by physical verification once or number of customers he served and number of orders he served.

Yes. This is required to do since this is a business app and having extra level of authentication helps from misuse of this application.

Generally, there is a minimum order condition levied by Merchants for most home delivery services. It is best to check about this before placing your order.

Customer User

1- Invite Contact:

Please invite, that directly gives the store an option to join the store.

2- Refer Business:

Please share the contacts with us, we would get in touch with stores to join our stores for a secured business.

Go to the app ->Navigation bar ->Accounts ->Refer Businesses -the retailer/ store you wish to refer.

You can go to the Find Business from hamburger menu. One more reason can be your location fed in the app. You can check once whether the location added is proper or not. If still no stores found, you can invite your nearby local stores from the app only.

You will be notified through order status change/Chat about any unavailable items in your order once the store starts preparing your order. In case of any modifications, you will receive a notification to accept the changes.

Yes. You can select ‘pickup from store’ at the time of order placement. You will be notified once the order has been packed. Then you can go and pickup the order.

You have the cancel button in the chat and orders screen. Can cancel the order till the delivery time.

Yes, you can and remove the products till merchant confirm the order.

No. You cannot club multiple merchants’ orders into a single order.

Go to App->Dashboard Search->Search for Product Name You get multiple store options for the same product.

Go to APP->Select the Merchant->Menu Option->Relation You can select the Delivery and Payment preferences.

You can continue the Khata payment, if the specified stores enable the Khata payment option for you. You can check this option under Relation page.

We have an option of store pick up partner. Here you can add the people who are going to pick up the order for you.

You can directly assign the partner at the time of Ordering or just select already added partner from Profile settings.

From Dashboard you have the option to choose CSD delivery partner by selecting the Order details.

MIHY provide the option to select Delivery Services by Searching Nearby Business.

MIHY supports all types of Payments. UPI with no charges.

Go to Store->Menu Options->Report by submitting the valid reasons.

You have the option of return the order based on the period set by Business. You just click on the return Order from Orders screen. Once the return is accepted by business, refund gets initiated to the source account or busines can add amount to khata account.

You have the option of Ad boards. Where business publishes all discounts and offers. You can see them as status from dashboard.

You can place the raw order with a selected merchant by opening the chat options->attachment menu.

You can always edit the order till the service provider confirms and change the delivery timings.

Business User Related

Any kind of business who is selling any products or services can use Mihy App to accept orders from customers.

Yes. You can create separate groups and broadcast with specific people to share the latest offers, discounts and rewards from chat option group and broadcast creation.

Yes. A business User can be a customer to other owners by using the same login. You can find the other businesses by clicking on the near by busines option on the menu.

There are 3 ways to add products to your catalogue.

I. Add products from MIHY Catalogue.
II. Create your own products.
III. Bulk upload the product information.

All these options you can find under App My Products->Menu options.

Customers use the raw Order option to create the orders and by using chat you can proceed to fulfil the order items of customer choice.

Edit the product information from My Products Section. Add Size/Qty, that further gives the option to add the variants.

Edit product from My Product/Services section and there is an option to add all prices.

Go to the Relationship screen of a customer and set the option of I Provide Wholesale Prices to this customer and Khata relation.

From Accounts->Store Profile->Category you can select or remove the categories.

From Accounts->Store Profile->Business Houre->Edit gives the option to select the business hours for each day.

Select the option of My Adboards from Menu ->Create an Adboard with images and products.

You can directly get the feedback from customers through Chat or you can check the reviews written by active customer from Reviews section.

Go to Store Profile from Menu and Select the I accept returns/ Warranty Service and give the days.

You can edit the order, and the confirmation would send to customer to confirm the changes, then only you can change the status of order further.
